Sir,
Unfortunately for us in smaller cities/towns , we do not have
opportunities to design or execute Flat Slabs. our knowledge on flat
slabs is academic. But now we see possibilities/ opportunities to
design such buildings.
Can a detailed procedure with a live example be floated for a RCC
design of flat slab building and may be further augmented with
Prestressed flat slab design.

Thanks

Dear,

Do you know modelling technic call column and middle strip? if so, please break the Flat slab in to equivelant frames (width is called as tributaries, you can find so many referances related to tributaries . go to Adapt web site). then you can simply do a analysis using EFM.
if you do not have comp soft, easily you can do moment distribution methord to calculate moments. then canlculate the reinf. distribut them according to column and middle strip as ecpain in the code -ACI318 or any

punching also has to check at the slab column junction

hope as s starting this enough

regards
SHMAPK
