Dear Shivaprasad.

If load given by vendor is inclusive of dynamic load then you should follow
the standard foundation design procedures. Generally in machine foundation
dynamic loads are converted to equivalent static loads, I assume that
whatever load given by vendor come through same procedure. After that you
just have to design the section for given loading. I hope this will help
