Dear All,
There are codes and there are explanatory handbooks. But I feel that on some "important" clauses of the codes the handbooks need to have a bit of explanation of the "logic" of that clause. This should explain to the readers how the group of people who wrote it concluded that the things presented there should be that way only. I'm sure this would help many young professionals to learn, clear up many doubts of every body on some controversial and complicated clauses and provide a basis of "judgment" for how to "use" that clause judiciously to every concerned professional.
