How if we make dvd's of all the technical post till last year,sorted according to individual topic and make available on request(offcourse should be charged accordingly)??

Dear Atul,
The idea is good as long as we could offer a free CD/DVD may be involving some advertisers and sponsors to sustain it.
Offering it as product is not feasible for the moment. We will consider it in future surely when we have resources and clear demand.
May you may run a poll to get a sense of demand which will give us an idea about the feasibility.

It may be a good idea. The DVD may be charged at a nominal price of Rs. 100 to cover postage for all and sent free of cost to donors. But someone should sit to classify it in several heads and include only relevant material- that will be an onerous task.

Yes it will be a onerous work.But If memebrs really do want Forum discussion in DVD's , we memebrs only will have to work initially as volunteers.What if every one takes one element and try to search topics discussed realted to same.,compile and send to admin?
Can it work?

If we finally get to do it, it will be possible for us to provide whole thing on DVD. i.e. complete archive and we can bring out updated versions each year with full text search capabilities.
We will discuss all aspects of this and accordingly decide.
