Dear Engineers
Some engineers have commented this charter as a piece of beautiful history only & a matter of past.
Gone 15.8.1947 & every thing is over
Then why u call Government of India as Constitutional
Constitution includes in other expressions Government of India & no seperate Chapter on the Government of India definition is included within the constitution
Government of India Act was repealed
Our problem is that we have been used to accepting dictate by other people & feel happy on that. And we are a distributed lot of various communities among community
There are hundreads of Acts which are still in force from pre independence scenario
Actually, we do not want to have professional pride & even shy to use the engineer title while writing names
All other professional use the tile but we only use Mr. ABC & then the post

ECI only a registered society of various societies
A society requires only seven persons to be opened & nothing else
Each of u can form a society by collection of 7 persons & register it
Please awake in 2005 at least
Law is Law & one day we have to go to Supreme Court for Justice
