hi kasturi, first of all u have to go thru the provisions of IS 13920 and u will notice that a certain aspect ratio and a minimum thickness of structural members is suggested which must be adopted by all of us for arriving a safe and economical structure. Please read the relevant provisions urself...its v important ..and the thickness of 200 mm will need to be increased to preferably 300mm and yes it will tend to behave like walls and the detailing will need to be taken care of as per 13920 regards sangeeta wij ----- Original Message ----- Message From To: Sent: Thursday, December 22, 2005 10:28 PM Subject: [SEFI]
