Dear Er Uma,

Buy it from BIS!

When someone is doing consultancy, they should invest in books, magazines, software, codes, etc. They should not expect everything free. Moreover it is illegal to supply the codes, published by BIS. There are some websites which provide the codes, as public disclosure. But as Er Rangarajan said we do not know the authenticity of these sites.
