Dear Experts,

While viewing the tables in Etabs for verifying the results after analysis, the MODAL PARTICIPATING MASS RATIOS shows the period as very high
和在所有的模式。也不显示TORSION in any of the modes through out the structure.
I guess its wrong. Please help me.
Is it true that the period shown should be less than the time period??
Please reply ASAP

Hello,

Could you please clarify what table you are referring to?
Also, from analysis option make sure you have Rz check box marked

Dear sir,
I am referring to the tables after analysis i.e. MODAL PARTICIPATING MASS RATIO.
The value of torsion is shown in RZ and it is showing very negligible values in all the 12 modes.
Also the column of PERIOD in MODAL PARTICIPATING MASS RATIO is showing very large value of 131.
Please reply ASAP.
Rz is checked while analysis
