Hello,

I am having trouble going through the shear wall design of 20+ storey concrete building. The structural system is flat plate with shear walls and columns
I used Etabs to model the structure.Where I have torsional moments applied at walls as I can view from results>display>wall output>pier forces (please refer to attached picture)

As I understand that in conventional building the sources of Torsion are:
1.刚性的重心和中心ity .
2. The accidental torsion for lateral loads.
3. The twist effect of diaphragm differential displacement under lateral loads.

The problems I am facing :
1.The torsional moments are huge and I can not come across the numbers by hand to validate If I really have such a huge demands,As I can estimate the torsional moments coming from source 1 & 2. But, I could not find any reference to come across the moment resulting from source 3.
2. I am afraid that these are really applied moments and If so what might be the source for these moments, Is there any additional torsion for tall structures and how it could be investigated?
3.Also, I am having trouble finding reference to design the walls for torsion moment as all the references I found have stated the limit of torsion to be applied at wall which I have far beyond values

Please advise
Thank you
