i am new to this forum
i was searching to find a solution for a question , but there wasnt any good explanaition , i thought maybe i get something here

i am designing a 28 story reinforced concrete building , the building rotates in first and second mode , and it is due to eccentricity between cm (center of mass) and ck (center of stiffness) .
i tried playing arround with shear walls , tried many variants but i still cant find the solution just by blind assumption .

so the question is how do you balance cm and ck?

or how do you determine them at the first place?

the program i am using is Lira (Ukrainian program ) , and i also tried etabs
but i am not too much familiar with etabs , or is there any software which regulates this issue?
