你意思破碎机砂?。您可以使用的人ufactured sand and similar things but before using it in structural members, you should cast some experimental beams and test the strength and behaviour. Ofc ourse you can use it as sub base for pavements and in other non-structural applications without testing.

i would like to bring your attention in the new trend in construction
feild,sustainability.
is there any problem in using crusher sand instead of river sand, if
the crusher sand is having a size of 4.5 mm to 0.75 mm, can we use this
directly for concreting of structural memebers??is there any problem
in durability??
pls discuss.
