New SEFI portal is fully self serviced so you should check your account settings, subscriber and digest preferences after logging in and make sure you have subscribed to right forums/list combination there on.

2ndly You should also check that your your account is NOT full or inactive for any reason.

Recently we have observed that some free email providers have put limitations on email receipts in mass amounts, eg hotmail , yahoo india etc are rejecting SEFI emails which the server send at fast speed. Though RFC recommend they should permit upto 200 mails per transmissions while hotmail have recently reduced it because of their spam policies.

For resolving such issues you should contact your email providers if free email, to white list sefi email addresses such asforum@www.buonovino.com.


Also you should contact technical supportsefindia_techsupport@registrar.org.in为规范ific issues if you can not resolve the issue by available channels on Site for example Live Chat.

Please note that making POST on mailing list for technical issues is not best place to resolve technical issues. Please avoid the same and use proper channels for this purpose to get quick assistance.

Your Hotmail Provider is putting limitations on Email Acceptance from SEFI.

Our logs show transmission errors to hotmail with "Too Many Recipients" error from their Server.

in Such a case since we have no control what so ever on policies of any 3rd party mailing service so you may contact them asking to lift limitations on your account for SEFI mails.

Or please use another email provider for example Gmail or any better mail service.

At SEFI you best can subscribe for daily digests which are sent throughout the day and are not affected by limitations of free email services.

We are sure other hotmail users might also be having issues, either approach hotmail or get any other email service or switch to digest till the time issue remains.

How to change your email id on SEFI

1. Login to SEFI

If you dont have password SEFI will mail you to your existing email id here

Then login

Goto MyAccount Area

Click on Edit on the page you see your details.

Change Email address and save/update.

You are done.

Dear Mr Jha,

Such problems occur with Free Email providers. Yahoo India, servers having email id yahoo.co.in , have been rejecting SEFI mails considering them being transmitted in mass quantity.

It will be better to contact yahoo India support and ask them to permit your account to receive SEFI mails always and not consider them spam due to their fast transmission speed. Its real opt in mailing list and that you want receive mails by your choice.

We don't have any control on free email providers and hence limited options.

You may try changing email id and get one like for example gmail or use any official id which is not from free email providers, hence such limits aren't there in most cases.

At times we had written to yahoo for this issue.

Also please note that some free email providers like Yahoo India and Hotmail will occasionally block/defer sefi mails as each day we generate thousands of email messages to members. If that be a case please try Gmail or any ISP provided email account.

The solution at this stage is to change email to another provider. Hotmail has such limitations on the free servers. You may want Gmail. SEFI transmits thousands of mails each day and hence their servers put limitations at times treating them as spam. Did you tried any measures suggested in below thread? Please reply to public forum meant for this so other members are aware of such issues and solutions if any.

Its an issue from HOTMAIL end we have no control with. We had already replied your issue and suggested remedies in the thread above.
