According to ANNEX A, A-1.2 (b), if there is any irregularity in building as defined in IS 1893-1, building is "code exceeding building"
Clause 8.1.3.3.1 (f) 2 & 3, have certail penalties for collector elements and its connection with vertical element if certain irregularity exists.
Clause 8.1.3.3.3 (e) & (f) does not allow certain irregularities at certain levels. Means at other levels such irregularities are allowed.
My question is "if building with any irregularities are code exceeding buildings then why penalties are given for certain irregularities or why certain irregularities are not allowed at certain levels and allowed at some other levels. |
