Dear Er. Patel,
We in USA use this document for Design for Prevention of Disproportionate Collapse . This is a U.S. Defense Department Publication.
UFC 4-023-03 14 July 2009 Including Change 2 1 June 2013 UNIFIED FACILITIES CRITERIA (UFC) DESIGN OF BUILDINGS TO RESIST PROGRESSIVE COLLAPSE
Interestingly failure of building RONAN POINT in U.K. started this concept. British Engineers started this design and we in USA followed them after few years.
Regards.

Dear Sefi Engr. ,
Here is the information you ask for . Follow two examples in this document for complete design for Progressive Collapse :
UFC 4-023-03 14 July 2009 Change 3, 1 November 2016 UNIFIED FACILITIES CRITERIA (UFC) DESIGN OF BUILDINGS TO RESIST PROGRESSIVE COLLAPSE :
Web- Link : For the report UFC 4-023-03 :
https://www.wbdg.org/FFC/DOD/UFC/ufc_4_023_03_2009_c3.pdf
Two Examples ( A Concrete Building or A Steel Building ) in this document you need to go through for complete design for Progressive Collapse :
Appendix D , A 7-Story Reinforced Concrete Example . Pages : 119-131 Appendix E , A 4 -Story Structural Steel Example . Pages :132-168 .
Down load this manual of 245 pages and go through these two examples .
Also see this ACI Code requirements for Structural Integrity ( Avoid Disproportionate Collapse ) :
BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR STRUCTURAL CONCRETE (ACI 318-14) AND COMMENTARY (ACI 318R-14) Page 54 : CODE COMMENTARY 4.10Structural integrity 4.10.1 General 4.10.1.1 Reinforcement and connections shall be detailed to tie the structure together effectively and to improv overall structural integrity. R4.10Structural integrity R4.10.1 General R4.10.1.1 It is the intent of the structural integrity requirements to improve redundancy and ductility through detailing of reinforcement and connections so that, in the event of damage to a major supporting element or an abnormal loading, the resulting damage will be localized and the structure will have a higher probability of maintaining overall stability. Integrity requirements for selected structural member types are included in the corresponding member chapter in the sections noted. 4.10.2 Minimum requirements for structural integrity 4.10.2.1 Structural members and their connections shall 按照结构完整性要求ments in Table 4.10.2.1. Table 4.10.2.1Minimum requirements for structural integrity Member type Section Nonprestressed two-way slabs 8.7.4.2 Prestressed two-way slabs 8.7.5.6 Nonprestressed two-way joist systems 8.8.1.6 Cast-in-place beam 9.7.7 Nonprestressed one-way joist system 9.8.1.6 Precast joints and connections 16.2.1.8
