Yes , demand and supply law is relevant here also , More the requirements of civil ERs with less availability, the remunerations will be accordingly.
But due to fact that other disciplines like CES , IT are more and early beneficial , even engineers of civil discipline BTech and Mtech switch over to IT after doing small courses. Remunerations are high and gains are early. Whereas as a Civil /Structural design Er , continuous learning with job is needed and Slow and Steady Pilgrim's path is ahead of them. Only few are now a days interested and it is seen that children of civil engineers are not encouraged by their parents to enter this field .
除非这些领域提供补贴ducation , incentive oriented , job assurance etc , shortage will be felt in times to come. |

Structural Engineering Research Centre (SERC) 8. Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) 9. National Building Organization (NBO) 10. Central Board for Irrigation and Power (CBIP) 11.Indian Society of Earthquake Technology 12. Association of Structural REHABILITATION 13. Indian Geotechnical Society 14.Indian Science Congress Association 15. Institute of Civil Engineers 16. Deep Foundations Institute 17.Nationl Information Centre for Earthquake Engineering 18. Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology
LASTLY ON THIS LIMITED LIST , IS OUR GREAT FORUM FOR CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING I.e. SEFI.
A joint effort is needed in association with MECCA OF CIVIL ENGINEERING I.e I.I.T. ROORKEE (Earlier Thomson College of Civil Engineering) . |
