But for these precast wall panels,, supporting system ie supporting members must be designed to resist wind forces,, |

A very long time back one of our clients asked for a demountable precast RC panel for cladding to facilitate future expansion. This was in the AC sheet era. Removal and refixing of AC sheet cladding resulted in considerable damage and leakage. We used high strength concrete and extra cover for better durability. Double T panels, designed for wind force were provided. The panels were supported on a top girder and a lower girder.
I have seen, but not designed. similar panels in a fertilizer unit for both wall panels and roof panels. They had opted for concrete panels because the galvalume sheets got corroded quickly.
For improving sound insultation, I feel glasswool or rockwool lining will be required. Proprietary acoustic panels are also available
