Can there be a topic as BOOKS AND REFERENCES that are related to TALL BUILDINGS ONLY so that some one need to have a list of books can easily browse this topic without going all over the conference discussions?

The above book is found in GOOGLE search and its contens I can not post it since it contains many odd letters hence I attached it as PDF form.
