and As Mr. A R C himself said "Normally, they do not solicit work or fill tender forms.". so they do work as they get; obviously they don't have much practical experience to impart to the students. when one says "In this case it is must that young engineers should have worked under PE for a minimum period of 7 years" why 1 or 2 yrs experience should not be made mandatory before entering to teaching profession (particularly for those entering after B.E. or M.E.).
