Your question is very broad. Shall u be able to provide more input about the concrete control adopted whether by weigh or volume measurement of ingredients involved

Whether lime stone or gabbro or igneous rock aggregate

Type of coarse sand

Any admixture included

Slump value

Durability is a very complex issue for explanation. Only characteristic crushing strength cannot guarantee the durability. There are so many other factors involved

Your using higher levels of dissolved solids & turbidity in water may impact on the mix for the purpose of the strength but most important adverse impact is that same water used for immediate curing of 7 days

我也担心augmentation of inner chemical reaction within the hardened concrete as well as effect on the rebars

It is advised that please provide detailed information on the mix use & the circumstances under which poured & cured

w/c? Strength requirements? How was the concrete/mortar mixed, delivered and
placed? What is the environment in which the concrete is placed? How long
did it take for the problem to arise?
