Can anyone suggest/provide a book or reference material having detailed steps of Calculation for anchor bolt forces in column base plates having axial load, shear with uni-axial & bi-axial moments using strain compatibility.

Dear Er Abhilash,
There is no Indian code yet on anchor bolts. See my RC Design book for the design of anchor bolts based on ACI 318 code.
