sustainability in structural engineering.

Dear SEFIans.
i would like to bring your attention in the new trend in construction feild,sustainability.
is there any problem in using crusher sand instead of river sand, if the crusher sand is having a size of 4.5 mm to 0.75 mm, can we use this directly for concreting of structural memebers??is there any problem in durability??
pls discuss.
